Please note that if you are calling on behalf of a student or your child, we will need to speak with them directly if they are 15 years of age or older.

Forgotten USI/Password
If you have undertaken any accredited training since 2015, you may already have a USI. Find it now.
If you have forgotten your password, reset it now.

We need to confirm the identity of the USI account holder before we can discuss your enquiry.
Updating personal or contact details
If you need to update your personal or contact details, you can do this through your USI account login.
You need 1 form of identification to update your first name, last name or date of birth.
Assistance – Translation and National Relay Services
Translation Services
If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 for the cost of a local call.
Ask TIS National to call the department on the appropriate number listed above. Alternatively, contact us on 1300 857 536 and we can connect with TIS while you are on the phone, and resolve your USI enquiry.
National Relay Service
The National Relay Service (NRS) is a government initiative that allows people who are d/Deaf or find it hard to hear or speak to make and receive phone calls.
