Translation Services 

If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 for the cost of a local call. 

Ask TIS National to call the department on the appropriate number listed above. Alternatively, contact us on 1300 857 536 and we can connect with TIS while you are on the phone, and resolve your USI enquiry. 

National Relay Service

The National Relay Service (NRS) is a government initiative that allows people who are d/Deaf or find it hard to hear or speak to make and receive phone calls.

If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech/communication difficulty please contact us by:

Contact us through your preferred NRS call channel detailed on NRS call numbers and links.

Step 2

Provide the NRS with our phone number: 1300 857 536.
